I always out and about in every city to discover the best spots to share with you. Bali has became a completely foodie paradise where you can indulge in the finest dishes from all over the world in trendies hotspots . One of the latest venue to grown up in Bali's food scene is GROW BALI.
It's located in the vibrant Seminyak/Petitenget district and it is the result of a collaboration between like-minded talents behind the cosmopolitan L Hotel Seminyak and award-winning Chef, Ryan Clift. Keep reading because this chef has an incredible international career.
The menu is designed by the availability of fresh produce, a true farm-to-table dining concept. GROW strives to create a revolutionary food concept in Bali with a focus on sustainable and artisanal elements, it is why they only use vegetables grown in the highlands of Kintamani and seafood sourced from the island's coastal waters. The result, an eclectic menu serving Ryan's self-titled "Bistronomy" using only locally-souced produce and meats.
During my stay in Bali, I came several times for lunch and dinner. I really loved it. The food, the concept, the interiors. It is such a cozy place. I would describe GROW BALI as the perfect example of "make it simple but significant". The staff is super attentive and friendly.
Grow just opened an epic rooftop space called, GROW UP. An open-air terrace where, as the sun goes down, you can enjoy signature cocktails and drinks paired with small share plates of dining delights.
